Multi-touch in Apps

I got my Hero (1.5) a few days ago and I love it so far.

However, while some aspects seem to have multitouch (browser/photo gallery), none of the Applications on the Marketplace do.

I've tried a few that say they support multitouch (a multi-paint one and two-player pong one) but it can only detect one finger at a time.

Is this normal, and if so will this be sorted in the 2.1 update?

It does, maybe the designers of those games didn't implement it for 1.5 :/

Mutli touch in the Market was restricted until 2.0
Some devs like the one that makes Dolphin Browser managed to get passed it on HTC Sense phones but you will have to wait til the 2.1 update to see it globally.
