Help Multiple MMS Bug/Glitch

Hi,

My girlfriend's SII - with ICS, though I'm not exactly sure what version # - is sending out the same picture via MMS multiple times. This has been happening for a few weeks, and we can't seem to find a way to fix that.

For instance, this morning, she sent me a photo and it was sent to me 5 different times though she only hit "send" one time. Any idea how we can fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try going to settings > applications and tap the all tab. Scroll down to Messaging and select clear data.

Try another messaging app such as Handcent.

As a last resort, do a factory reset. This would probably fix it but she would have to reinstall all her apps.
