Multiple User Setting on Baked Bean?

Does anyone know where I can find the Multiple User Setting on Baked Bean? Ive seen threads that say you can set up more than one user on Jellybean on one device, but I cant seem to find the setting in the ROM?

I've never seen it built in to any ROM. There are setting profiles.

I do know there is a root app that literally lets you use separate users
