I have a Samsung galaxy 4 and my battery has been draining like crazy I wont use it and it will drain I use it while charging and it will drain. It is also taking extremely long to charge. I connected it when it had about 25-30 battery percent and 2 hours later it only has 47 percent as soon as I disconnect it, it begins to drain. I have tried restarting my phone but nothing is helping.
