Help my evo's been acting super weird lately

1) juice defender wont automatically disable 3g/data connection when the screens off. it just wont!

2) when i put the beautiful widget for the mobile network widget to turn it off, it doesnt work! it just green! it wont turn off.


ps - tho when u add first the widget, it first says something about changing the API or something and i dont know what to do



3) its been 'trying to connect' to my home's wifi forever and it wont connet. been like 1 hr now. battery drained hardcore.

What all have you tried to resolve these issues

reboot
battery pull
hard reset

are you rooted?

Try pulling the battery and I know with the Evo some people have problems with disabling network data connection because the Evo does not connect to 2g only 3g.
