Bought the phone sep 27. Immediately had issues with the data drop and battery. Gave it a few Weeks thinking I had 30 days....wrong. Constantly had data drops so I called in and the sent a replacement. Also did a battery swap to check that. New phone immediately dropped data. Called in and they issued a ticket. Went to verizon and they did a Sim swap which made it worse. Now my data goes in and out and I also drop calls. Goes from full 4g to emergency calls only. Called in and got to 4g support and they finally acknowledged the bionics do this. She said the patch has been delayed but she expects it out in a few Weeks. Verizon also said they shouldn't have released the bionic when they did. Im currently waiting on them to resolve the ticket and tell me its not my network area causing this. I told the lady if this phone isn't fixed with the update, im either leaving verizon or they can discount a 4.0 phone for me. Seems extreme but its insulting to me as a customer to see the trips talking up a razr to customers when I have a 2 month old moto Droid phone that they aren't fixing. If they can't replace this phone with a 299.99 phone where I can actually use my data, ill find another carrier.
