Good news is, you're almost done.

fastboot flash recovery name-of-open-recovery-file

name-of-open-recovery-file is going to be openrecovery-VERSIONsomething.img

After that, you should be ok.

Okay I did all those steps and now I have a super long file called "openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.0-m8_whl (1)" is that what you're wanting me to type in the "name-of-open-recovery"

OK. Windows added a space to the file name so say this, notice that I've added quotes around the name because of Windows -

fastboot flash recovery "openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.0-m8_whl (1).img"

The last bit has to be precise or you'll get file not found.

Unplug the phone.

Power cycle by holding power and volume up.

If you end up at the bootloader again, go into recovery using the menu.

Okay it did go back to bootloader and now im in recovery

Reinstall the rom that the boot.img came from.

Okay im back. Sorry about that.
Its still in recovery mode after I re-downloaded the rom.
What steps do I need to repeat now?

My phone was running a version of renovate or something. I wanted to get rid of the renovate because it was not allowing my phone to update. So I looked up your average how to upload a ROM to your phone video and thats that.

I did not install anything other then the KitKat Version of Android Revolution HD.

I don't have a SD card in my phone.
I just used the Flashdrive to install the ROM.

Guessing the ROM installs on the SD card and im just beyond stupid.
