Root My HTC One M8 is stuck on bootloader?

Don't take this the wrong way - I just have to be sure ok.

If you do have a defective sd card in the phone, that could cause this.

Pop the sd card port open, then close it again, even though it's empty.

If you have a sim card, remove and re-insert it as well.

Does it still not boot up then?

If not, take your phone in, have them check your sim.

I don't know if it will boot without the sim or not, sorry.
