Sounds like it's time to install a custom rom, sorry.
try the Basix rom, but be aware of the fact that this process will root your phone.

I had same problem I got my phone from Internet worked for 30 minutes on 4g never worked again only 1x So I called about 20 x I'm not kidding spoke to people in philippines many times . So I went to pcs metro store and made I big deal so they could not fix it .It was the phone they said some phones are doing that and had to get me new one .They tried to charge me like 10 bucks I said he'll NO this is new phone NoW I HAVE 4G

so my indulge r910 wont get past the samsung screen. i got the rom tool box app and after i rebooted my cellphone it just keeps turning off and on, off and on. need help.

did you try flashing a rom that wasnt meant for this phone? only 2 roms out for this phone.
