Really neat idea! I'll play too...details are:

- MikG 3.11
- go launcher ex (some custom icons using classic blue theme)
- simi clock and simi weather
- simple calendar
- "unused" spots are actually shortcuts with no labels and transparent icons (via desktop visualizer)

Mikg 3.11, Minimalist text for clock/date, rounds icons (found on xda site) installed with folder organizer, transparent rosie from cmonster at mikmik clear sense rosie, htc sense launcher, some blank spots are invisible widgets such as screen off widget.
