Name the Evo 3D

I voted 3vo because it is easy to pronounce and type and defines it clearly. 3dvo (without the e) wouldn't be bad either for the same reasons

I like EVO 3D. It seems to fit with the EVO Shift when mentioning EVO line of phones.

3VO does sound good too.

E3D reminds me too much of the gaming expo.

EVOD sounds like something On Demand...

No matter what everyone else is calling it, I will continue to call it the 3DVO. The 3D is obvious, and the "ee" part of the "D" blends flawlessly with the "VO. The more popular word 3VO is cool visually, but what happens when HTC creates the 3rd generation of the EVO? Would it be called the EVO3? That sounds much worse than 3VO...

So with that said, I hope people will jump on my bandwagon and start calling it the 3DVO. I'm sure 3VO will eventually win out, but here's to hoping.

Nah, there's voting and then there's voting.

Just about everyone is taking to calling it the 3vo, forum wide and momentum is building. Saw that coming, that's why I said the 3vo was winning when it was down in the polls.

As I said, there's voting and then there's voting.

Ahh, but it requires fewer keystrokes! I fly on a regular kb but most of the time when I post I am posting from my phone and if it weren't for SwiftKey it would take me forever just to type one sentence!

Me too, and SwiftKey already has EVO 3D and EVO 4G saved. Funny because that is what I mostly end up calling them when I post, in spite of my vote! If I am particularly lazy I say the full thing first and then just say 4G or 3D in the rest of the post.

I see/say 3DEVO and 3DVO differently.

3DEVO: Three-Dee-Eee_Voo

3DEVO has a extra syllable to me...But I get were ppl are coming from saying them both like 3DVO or 3-Devo.

As the inventor of 3dEvo, I can safely say it's pronounced Three-Devo.

Inspired by Devo, whose early punk antics were labeled gimmicky at the time, but whose camp style survived the test of time, and because I was predicting that where the 3vo was concerned against the competition, it was only going to do one thing: Whip It.

Not really... 3DVO sounds more like "three - devo", rather than "three-dee-evo" (3DEVO)... The "e" isn't as elongated when you leave it out of the full "evo" wording equasion.
