Root Nandroid with a2sd

I recently began using a2sd (I was running out of space with the stupid games for my 4-year-old, their not for me....I swear) and just had a question about doing a nandroid in case something happened, or I wanted to change roms or something. Is the nandroid process different for me now? If somebody could please enlighten me that would be great.

Thanks andrizoid, it's your ROM which finally let me use a2sd. Couldn't get it to work smoothly on EE 3.0. I don't change often because I hate setting everything up again, so I think I will be with White Widow for a while, but wanted to do a backup in just in case. So far it is working great (about a week).

ya, EE has some issues, FW never included it in the rom natively, but if you search the forums, Tkirton posted a modified boot.img that will allow a2sd to run, but its lost in the shuffle.
