Trust me, it's daunting and challenging the whole way through but it's TOTALLY worth it once you're done!!
Here's what I used to do mine just tonight.

If you got question on what to do, I'll try to do my best (though I can't guarantee it'll be the best, I struggled the whole way through it... )

I agree with thefoodman, read the thread but I know most of us have to see to understand, so read it and watch the youtube vid and just do it along with that. just skip the unrevoked forever IF you're not interested in that and just use unrevoked 3 and then add your custom ROM.
