Root Need help boot loop

I was on virtuous ROM, i may have deleted something off the SD that i was not supposed to, i factory reset my phone and now the htc boot screen loops over and over. i can get it into recovery but what should i do try to flash a rom?

Nandroid restore would be my first option, unless that's what you deleted from the card.
