Solid rom IMHO but I am not a fan of touchwiz.
nope the link works. it is for team dirt's cm9 it is based off of cm9.1.

Yeah, seeing this has given me the flashing itch as someone else said!...
I really like the ICS UI and thought I'd try this..
well i'd say go ahead and scratch that itch. just be aware that once you scratch, you will want to scratch it some more. and there is no cream to relieve it.....so beware.
let us know how that scratch felt

Alright, here I go again! I'm misunderstanding something!...
OP makes reference to "Android 4.0.4.." and therefore I was 'assuming' (I know, I know!) that at long last, there was finally an ICS ROM for our beloved EVO's! So,..
I digress, crawl back into my den and wait for the arrival of the long awaited, much-heralded ICS
On a side note, I have recently switched back to a Sense based ROM (MikG v3.11) and while it is a pretty stable/smooth ROM, I have confirmed that for me, I prefer the AOSP ROMs. I thought I would go back. This may be the one as I was very pleased with CM7.1.

um i believe this is an ICS rom. not sure what you mean. if you are talking about an official ics rom for the evo, well that will never happen. however, these devs are amazing and we now have ics unofficially.
