i went ahead and put it on debuging
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194303.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

I put it on charge only for the usb
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194344.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

then i dialed ##3424#
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513213736.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

when i connected the usb this message came out
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194402.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

so i went to start and right clicked computer and pressed manage
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194547.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

then i went to device manager
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194611.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

i went to the device known as unknown device and selected to update driver
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/Img_120513194631.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

i selected to do it manually and selected the folder it was in but it said it was already up to day so i selected the icon that said to select from a list of drivers
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/IMAG0008.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

and this came out an i selected "have disk"
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/IMAG0009.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

when this section came out, i browsed to the folder where the drivers were in
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/IMAG0010.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

once i found the drives i selected ok
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/IMAG0013.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

and as soon as i pressed ok this message came out
<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i292/radiokilles2/IMAG0014.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

So your evo is now activated on Verizon?

okay, well i payed someone to do it, he did it by remote assistance... he did a very well job, i kinda had an idea of how to do it but ia was stuck with the hole drives thing...... incase someone else has the same mistake/problem as i did, just change your usb cable and trust me your computer will detect it
