Help Need Help! Freezing/Reset

When I finish downloading an app it, my phone ends up freezing and reseting all the time. And when i connect my phone to the pc it resets. Or randomly my phone freezes and resets. I need help :/

Hi Laser! Sorry you are having probs. To begin with can you tell us first who your carrier is. Cricket or MetroPCS And then what have you done to your phone? i.e. rooted, etc.

Also, what launcher, battery saver, antivirus, messaging or other apps have you installed.

Are all these apps you refer to from the android market?

It's MetroPCS and all the apps is from the market and its not rooted

I would recommend that you simply try dialing *228 and send. Let it reactivate and see if that will solve your problem. If it doesn't, try removing the battery for about 20 minutes and starting it again.

I'm sure it's just some little glitch in the phone that can easily be solved by one of these two things. If it doesn't work...let us know and we'll suggest something else.

What do you mean dial *288 and send it? I dialed it and called like 3times. Also I think this started happening bcuz I update Alarm Xtreme

If you dial *228 (not*288) and call button, it should "reprogram" your phone. If it works, your phone will turn off, then back on again. If you think it is due to an app, try uninstalling it, then reboot your phone and see if that helps. If this is a paid app you got from the market, you will still be able to get it back without paying again.
