Root Need help on root

So I'm S-OFF, Stock and running the latest OTA update. I was wondering how to go about rooting right now. I can't flash superuser without TWRP and I can't flash TWRP without Root. So you guys see my predicament. Can anyone help?

why did you take the ota while you are rooted? you could have just flashed the update firmware and flash a rooted stock rom. NEVER ACCEPT AN OTA while rooted.

on that note what does your bootloader say?

you said s-off, correct? if you are s-off you can get recovery then all you will have to do is flash a rom.
