Hello every one new to the forum and have a quick question. Me and my fiancee both have a prevail. I got the update for 2.3.5 a few days ago while her phone still has not updated. Everytime I go to the about phone and updates and tap on android updates it just says "You phone is already up to date". I cant figure out how to update it.

We had the same problem! It is really frustrating to me cuz his did the update first & I bought the dang phones cuz I had wanted it and got a deal for the both of them. He needed a new phone too but never would have gotten it on his own. But because his was activated a few minutes before mine he got updated first?! And what's worse is he don't & won't use most of the new stuff! Grrrr!!
