Root Need help plz someone!!

Ok anybody that could post a walk through on how to re-size a bootanimation.zip step by step it would be great cuz i have tried and tried with no progress. I just need to take it from 400x800 ta the Optimus V screen size 320x480. any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how to do that,but,while you are waiting for a proper reply maybe if you told me what boot animation your trying to re-size, I could see if I could find it already re-sized.

Well after several hours of trying to recompile the boot animation back into a zip i finally found what i was doing wrong i was compressing not storing it into a zip, but thanks for the offer.
