Root Need help with warm 2.2

Well i downloaded warm 2.2 and opened it from my notification bar amd picked rom manager and my phone rebooted to install it but it said failed.

Im running hboot 92 if that matters.


Also, what rom would be better. Virtuous or warm? My inc is just a personal play phone.

I installed cyanogen and loved the splash screen and all the tools that came with it. It just ran thru my battery in an hour.
 
Update: I wiped davelik cache twice and it installed, but I'm stuck on my unrevoked boot screen. I let it sit for 30 min and no luck. I rebooted and no luck. Guess I'm just going to just stick with stock.
 
Did you wipe data and clear cache in addition to clearing Dalvik cache? If so, that's kind of odd. On another note though, I much prefer to download the Rom via a PC, then move it onto the SD card and load from there using CWM. I don't like OTA anything. Too much to go wrong during the data transfer. JMO though.
 
First stop using rom manager...

Download rom and install through recovery :)

Second no rom affects battery like that. Its obviously a rouge app running in the background. CM 6.1 stable actually has great battery life.

Try downloading it again. Maybe something with the download got screwed up. I'm on Warm right now and it's sick. Flashed last night.
