need help

ok i got that and now i keep getting error 117 usb connection error, im trying to find if anyone else had that problem
 
ok i got the RUU to work and i went ahead to try to root and i got this on CMD

Code: 
/data/local/asroot2 /system/bin/sh
/data/local/asroot2: permission denied
$ /data/local/asroot2 /system/bin/sh
/data/local/asroot2 /system/bin/sh
/data/local/asroot2: permission denied

how do i fix this?
 
nevermind my previous post, the xda site is back up again and was able to use the one click root method and now i have the superusers app but it just comes up black
 
WOOT, im rooted and using the Froyo vanilla rom, i love this forum lmao

Usb error 171 means just run the ruu a second time while the phone is locked up still, not really though... but it does work this way.

yea i read that somewhere and it worked, :D

and ill be glad to stick around and possibly help others out if i can. i seen alot of ppl ask alot of questions but really all the info is right here, just takes a bit of patience and a lil reading on it. once i got to where i understood alot, it only took about 2 hours for the whole process to be finished, from RUU to flashing the rom
