Need input from a Google Voice user.

I have Google Voice that I setup online. Is there any reason to download the app from the market? Downloading from the market takes you thru the same setup sequence as doing it online.

You'll want the app on your phone because your voicemails are accessed via the app. Same goes for texting. If you actually loaded the app via your browser already, then you're fine. Wasn't sure by your post.

Yeah, I have already loaded all the GV info using my laptop browser. When I lauched the GV Android app on my Incredible the setup process asked the same questions. For instance, it asked to setup my voicemail etc..... Thanks for the reply.

I use Google Voice for everything. Voicemail, texting, and every call I get goes through Voice. The app helps me do all of that easily.

Just ignore it when the app tells you to set up your voicemail again.
