not sure that this will help with aosp roms though. they really do need the qualcomm drivers to make gps work effectively.

I've tried it on AOSP and it works. You literally start up the app and get a near instant fix after that.

Wonder if it writes the same driver into your system? Or what does it do? That driver is very nice.

It was suggested to me over on XDA, it looks like the newest version (updated a few days ago) has the push notification ads though, so idk if I'd go that route.

So I flashed the qualcomm drivers on a fresh install of miui last night and GPS still isn't working. It can figure out which city im in and that's about it... thoughts?

Edit: Seems to have fixed itself after a nandroid restore
