Need some help after installing radio

Need some help with my phone guys. I had a rooted phone with one of the fresh 2.1 roms on it and i decided to try and upgrade to cronos 2.2 so I put it on my sd card, wiped, and then installed it. The thing is, i didn't change my radio before this, so after 45 minutes of my phone sitting at the htc hero screen I decided to pull the battery. I then installed the radio associated with this cronos 2.2 and pressed menu+back to reset and now it wont turn on at all. Call me a noob or whatever i don't care, I just really need some help and if someone can fix the problem I wouldn't mind tipping you with some money over paypal.

Looks like this question was already answered in another forum. To anyone else looking at this thread. He flashed a GSM radio and bricked the phone.
