Need to unfreeze apps for re-root?

I recently rooted my sgs2 gt19100 via odin, using CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4-CWM.zip, but since rooting, camera and videos are not behaving. I intend to re-root using Siyah-s2-v5.0.1.tar, which so I'm led to believe will sort things out.
My question is this.....since rooting, I have frozen quite a few system apps ( which has increased my battery life tremendously) Would it be wise to unfreeze these apps before re-rooting. It's no big deal to do really, I just though I'd ask to see what hardened rooters advise.
Thanks guys

Thanks ironass. :)
Do I reroot using the same procedure as I did when rooting from scratch? In other words do I just flash the new kernel over the top of the present one?
I think I might go with Siyah v4.1.5 as I havn't seen any feedback about the later version. Unless anyone knows better.........;)

Thanks again ironass, followed instructions to the letter......welll almost......and sneaked Siyah v4.1.5 in a treat. My camera and videos work a treat now, so well pleased with result :)

Annnnndddd....froze a shed load of bloatware, switched off synch and my battery life has increased beyond belief, honestly, I'd never have believed it if someone had told me! Last week, a few days after first rooting, I had to change my battery at lunchtime...(it usually lasted until 5 o'clockish before my phone bleated at me. But after performing the above, I get into bed at 11.30ish with still 40% battery left!!! Highly recommend anyone to do this.:D
