Something you can try, since you have a USA phone is to revert back to a completely fresh system. You might and up having to reactivate the phone, but it would certainly fix your issue, unless it's been happening since you activated it with your carrier.
First, use TWRP to make a backup and copy anything you need to save on to a computer, then follow the instructions for the depreciated method in this post:

It will install generic, non carrier specific stock zv3 software. I know English is not your first language so please pay close attention to the pictures make sure your windows look the same as far as options selected. Please ask questions if anything is confusing. Unfortunately there's no way to do this without a computer.
At what point did the call log stop working? Did it ever work? Do you actually have service?12. do factory reset 2/3 times but call log problem still persists. call log in blank after making calls. call log is not working.
Tell me if i walk into wrong alley.

My point was that something has gotten broken in the software, assuming that the call log did work at some point, so going back to the original software and starting over should fix it. You'll have to go through your setup process again, of course.
It's also possible that what you had to do to get the phone activated broke the call log and you'll have to live with that.
Did you look at the correct part of the post I linked? I was not referring to the root methods... Scroll down to the part titled "depreciated method" and follow it through step 3. It will take you back to the original software that the phone shipped with, then let it update before anything else.
The activation app won't have anything to do with the call log. The issue is likely that you're using a US phone with US software with a foreign carrier. Thanks for you reply. Ok bro you are right. Call log is not working just because remove system module forcefully. but who will go through the activation crap pop up every time when you connect to internet. i think i have to forget the stock camera & knock code & live with blisspop.
I appreciate. It can be. Thanks anyway. The activation app won't have anything to do with the call log. The issue is likely that you're using a US phone with US software with a foreign carrier.
