Help Needing A Couple of Programs / Widgets

I am looking to find out if there is a way I can have "Scenes" on my home screen. Instead of pressing menu then scenes I've looked around the app market but didn't really see anything that would do what I wish.

Second I am also searching for a program that can change the background of your lock screen while leaving the main background/s alone.

yeah i have not seen an app like that, unfortunately. and i would look into widget locker.
