Root needing help flashing back to 2.3.4

I'm tired of the problems with this update, I had my SD card unmount itself 3 times today while it was sitting on my desk. I don't want to have to reset my wifi everytime my screen goes off.....I want to flash back to 2.3.4 but kinda worried to brick my phone. whats the easiest way to do this? I can root it later.
 
The sprint images in that post do not work via odin (me and another user confirmed) but this one has been reported to work. However I have not tested it.

I don't know if you needed the sprint images but I know most people here have boost.
 
Flashed my phone this morning. And I would like to say thank you very much. I didn't lose any apps, didn't have to reset any ringtones. All was exactly the same as before except now my wifi works and it says I'm running 2.3.4....thanks again guys
