Hey everyone!!
Well, I'm new to this forum....and somewhat new to droid. Ive had the first Moto Droid (one with the slide down keyboard)...biggest POS phone ive ever had
....and verizon certanly didnt help much with fixing my issues. Well, I got a good deal with the Moto Droid X2 and was doing some reasearch on rooting the phone. Is it easy? what are the possibilities of "bricking" the phone? I understand it voids the warrenties, but how about bringing it back to its stock system? Also...what are its advantages of root? I know it allows you to administer everything on the phone and allow it to perform better, with giving it nice themes and cool gadgets? I've heard of Gingerbread as well, but not sure on this program.
Also, one last question on this first post lol I was reading through some of these posts for the X2...is this really a bad phone? You guys are having issues already with it? ive had it for a week, and no issues so far...
