Hey there everyone! Im new here coming from the Evo V 4g. I just wanted to ask what ROM you guys would recommend. I am a big fan of jelly bean but I also dont want to make a mistake in the flashing process. Any help would be very much appreciated!

The stock Jellybean FL14 leak is pretty good. Ive been using is since I got S2, only thing is notification light dont flash. Read the OP it is simple.

I can't recommend anything stock just because of the bloat on it. I'm currently using Jellyverse from the XDA Epic 4g Touch forums and it's working really well. Everything is working on it including mms which I just entered in the APN info into GoSMS.

Yep, here is the link to the ROM.

You have to flash the jellybean virgin mobile modem (FL14 I believe) for this ROM to have 3G data.

Do you know where the FL14 modem is? I cant find it and apparently you need it to run the Rom linked above.

The EG30 modem works fine. I don't have this phone anymore but at the time I was running this rom I used EG30 with no problems. I had also used EG30 on ParanoidAndroid rom

The FL14 modem is only required on TouchWiz based JB roms. If you don't use the FL14 modem then 3G data won't work.

edit: On second thought, I guess EG30 would work (because you used it, lol). I just never tried it so I didn't know!

I did as well and its the most smooth and most stable and I get very good battery life as well I will not root now jellybean is good enough by itself and imo touchwiz is nicer than stock jellybean launcher.

If you choose use the stock Jellybean which is exactly like FL14, but with everything working here is the link to Samsung Kies you will need.

Just download and plug your phone into your computer and it should mention an update.
