New hero

The GF says my EVO is too big, and I now got her off her BB and into a hero. So, I will be popping in here and there and wanted to say hi.

First steps:
I'm going to let her play with it for the weekend.
I'm going to root it.
I'll set up apps and such.
I will probably look at froyo for it. I am pretty sure it won't get as much work as my EVO.

Anything fun suggested to do first?

AOSP with Launcher Pro Plus is prettier than Sense....

I do plan on making her try CM6 one day...the little reading I have done makes it look as snappy as the evo version.

It's funny, from my evo I find it slow, but it's all perspective. She is very, very happy and thinks it is fast already. Honestly, I am impressed with it out of the box on 2.1. I did expect it to be slower.
