Root New kernel = no signal

So I'm running uber bamf pr3 and whenever i attempt to give another kernel a try it seems to kill my radio. I install it in recovery and everything seems to go well but once the phone boots up I have no signal and no data so i revert to my backup. any ideas?

I understand what you're saying, but he's fine asking his question here. I've already attempted to help him and once he responds I'll have a better idea of what we're dealing with.

Hey I tried to install a few different imoseyon kernels, and the dream kernel both sense kernels from what I read on them.

Sorry for the delayed reply, got stuck with some overtime at work...

And I know team bamf has a forum but I'm always on phandroid and I'm just more comfortable on here with you guys. I've come to this site since I had my incredible and had the urge to root. I usually find my answers thru searches or just reading other posts but I can't figure this one out.. thank you guys in advance!
 
That is strange. What radio are you on?

Feel free to ask questions here, things like this are exactly why these forums exist ;)

I understand. I'm gonna suggest that you update your radio to the latest 802 version, if you haven't already. When I was using Sense, Dream/Lean Kernel was perfect for it. Though I've never used it with BAMF Roms....
