New Lounge Location - Love it / Hate It?

Trouble Just Finds Me!
I usually just glance at the top of the page when I open AF ....wasn't I shocked today to find that my favorite part is now at the bottom. After glancing and seeing that the number of people browsing was way higher than normal I really looked at what was on the screen and realized what happened.
Kinda sad to see it bumped down.
Am I the only one?
 
The Lounge is in my favorites so it's still easy to access, but I have to say I can't stand the new location. I was so used to it being the normal way, so you're definitely not alone.

My first thought was "Really??!!"
It's been relegated to below the archived devices??


I understand moving down one or two spots - but the rest I don't get at all.
 
Also, one other thing to remember is that we still have the "favorite forums" feature where you can have quick access to your favorite forums on the top left of the main forum lobby :)

I just did that. Never had to before - guess I got spoiled.

Good point... please hop in the thread cds linked to and weigh in. the admin reads everything there and really does value the feedback

BTW, you all can blame me. It was my idea. I started a thread in suggestions section and it was decided to give it a shot.

While i dont think it should be quite so low i don't think it needed to be on top.. this is an android forum after all:)

I adore the new location. The mods truly make a difference in all of our lives. They rock, as the kids say, dawg. Have I said how much I love our mods? Well, it is not just me super-sucking up to curry favors for errors, fights, omissions, too few smileys, and future banning and warnings, either. I really, really mean it.

Yeah, right...blame some 'uber admin person dude' (wink, wink, nudge nudge know what I mean. We know the truth.

The next time this Uber someone makes a change, please ask him or her to dump the blue color. I hate blue except for the specific color blue you see when you cure pots with UV cure resins. I can give you the Pantone numbers.

I would not mind a nice festive red or perhaps a goldenrod color. Perhaps a little texture, too. Blue is so last week, get with it.

Bob are we talking 286 or 280? Maybe 2995?

Seriously though - the blue would be nice to have the option to change.

2995 comes close. It must be a tad more blue and more ultraviolety.

Oh, hell, how about sea foam green, a nice scooter color.

No, neither. It might get me booted, but the "Android Green" drives me batty and it is a horrible color. Why Google decided to use that color is beyond me. Just a horrible color. We all know real robots are more of a shiny, manly color of some sort.

God, it is like Martha Stewart was Google's color consultant. That said, she likes Seafoam Green.
