New market Finally ?

I have yet to see a new update pop up for me since 2.3.1

It's not a phone update. You'll just be in the market one day, then it'll seem to go blank and freeze for a few seconds, and then you'll have a new market.....at least that's how it happened to me.

Am i The only one who havent recived the new version of the android market yet? Read a while back that it was being pushed out but havent seen a glimpse of it yet...anybody else?

If you want the new market sooner, try doing a *#*#checkin#*#* then opening the Market and going to "My Downloads." It probably won't have updated yet, so after that, reboot your phone, giving it a moment to startup, then open the Market again and go to "My Downloads." This is the point where it randomly closed on me (no force close or errors or anything. It just closed). I opened it back up and it was the new market. I can't say I'm all that happy with it though. It probably just takes some getting used to.

Thank you, just did what you said and even though I had tried the same thing previously, it worked this time. Right after the reboot I loaded up the market and voila it's the new one.

wow i just got it...................................

i didnt do anything special. i just turned it on and bam, it just hit me when i was looking at the new android market. Btw, it's android market 2.2.11 on my phone

Not sure if it's the new market, the 2.3.2 update, or the combination of both, but protected apps are once again hidden in the market. :( Would it really be that difficult for Google to just update the server-side device list before pushing these updates out?
