Greetings. New guy here--bought an HTC One M8 Harman Kardon. Well, actually free with 2 year contract. I got tired of Boost and Virgin Mobile screwing me around so I went back to Sprint :)

Not a whole lot of threads here that I could find about this phone. I should get it in a few days, I hope it is awesome. Compared to the crap ZTE I have now I am sure it will be great.

Hi Destrothyself and welcome to Android Forums. Congrats on the new M8. It's a great phone and I think you'll love it. I'm moving your thread into the M8 discussion area. Your new phone is basically the standard M8 hardware wise... with an upgrade case etc.
Software is a bit different with the Harmon Kardon sound enhancer but you'll enjoy the M8 community. A great group of members that love their phones. Have fun and thanks for joining.

Mostly I think the difference is in it's ability to bring a more studio like audio experience from it's improved digital to analog converter. It comes with some improved headsets and a black case with gold speaker grills. May may not be all of the differences but that's all I know. I'm anxious to learn more. I hope the OP will fill us in.
 
So my phone and case are supposed to be delivered today. Hopefully if the wife is still gone and I don't have to go get the kids after school then I will do a unboxing video. I am not gonna lie--I am a bit excited. This will be the best phone I have ever owned.
 
If it's anything like the standard M8 you are going to love it. Very stable, smooth as glass, and a very nice looking phone as well. I'm anxious to hear how you like it.
 
I had an unboxing video but it sucked lol! This phone is unbelievable... I've never had something this amazing as far as phones go. How am I supposed to sleep tonight...
 
Yeah, I better save some of the awesome for later. For now I'll sample the ear buds with Netflix, finish this beer in bed and get up in a few hours for work. Mighty night!
