I just got it this morning (version 98.18.94.XT907) and Backup Assistant kept trying to run every few minutes and then threw out an error "-1" with a phone number to call. I haven't had any other problems so far. I just tried to run it manually a few moments ago (not my first attempt) and it finally loaded instead of giving me the error, so maybe it was just a network congestion issue. No clue. It wanted me to subscribe to a paid backup service for all my media files. I'm hoping the error won't come back now that it has been able to finish prompting me about getting the Backup Assistant "Plus" service.
