Hi everyone,
I have been on this forum for some time - just peeking. But 2 weeks ago on black Friday I got my first Android device - a Nexus 7. Now I am dealing with the real stuff.
Most of the time I spent trying to root the N7 only to find out that the problem was with my PC. Once I attached to another PC it was done in 10 minutes. And I got a lot of help from several members of this forum.
I need all the help I can get. At my age (75), the neurons flow a bit slower. But I am getting there. My 50 years of computer background help in that case.
After some tune-up time, I hope to make some useful contributions too. In the meantime I am thankful to all the members that help me.
Btw: I think I forgot to mention that I am German (with an American tilt).
