Help new phone\drop calls

when i am receiving a call.. i try to answer the phone..the phone doesnt answer sometime like it is on mute then they hang up..i think because i hit the accept wrong or something.. the phone is acting weird when i receive a call.. this seem to be a problem? how can i get a replacement if u guys know? it happen to me 2 or 3 times already.. if it continues i want a replacement!

Call verizon every time it happens so that there's a history / pattern of it happening, then ask for a replacement after calling a few times.

is there a certain amount of days you can ask for another phone?..having alot of reception problem.. maybe cus im upstairs and around near mountains..
