Root New ROM but Rom Toolbox error

So I went back to D and isntalled LD-LG and my own edited theme of ICS which is irrelevant to the problem but, I installed all my apps as normal and when I go to open Rom Toolbox PRO I get an error that says that I need to go back to market and BUY the app because installing 3rd party is apps is dangerous and bad.

Well I bought the damn app. I've switched ROMs countless times and never seen this problem. I tried installing many different apk's that I had as backups and previous versions and it will always upgrade to the latest one and give me the error.

If I disable data and open it, it works. I can enable data after Im in it and everything is fine. I havent changed anything on either SD card when I installed the ROM and upgraded to D.

Any thoughts?

I had that same issue with their new update, once i went into the market and redownloaded it, it worked fine

Clear market cache and reinstall. Might work. A few apps i have act that way if installed from a backed up apk with no data on.

this happened to me the other day its true a reinstall of the app will work

Done that at least ten times with different apks along the way.

Its actually working now all of a sudden so idk. I emailed the dev so I'll see what he says about it.
