New to Android, made the switch from iPhone

I just got my first android phone, the Eris. It is a downgrade from my iPhone 3Gs, but any phone in America is if you iPhone is jailbroken, but I upgraded networks.

Anyway, I am still trying to figure out the apps, widgets, and tweaks to get my phone to do what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the things I still need to figure out:
-How to get my calendar on my lockscreen
-Enable tethering without paying for it
-How to disable certain aspects of a particular bluetooth device (ex, not stream music but still take calls on my car kit)
-Shopping list (similar to shopshop on Apple's app store)
-Rotate wallpapers (bosspaper from cydia)
-An app that brings up everything around separated by categories (AroundMe in Apple app store)

Please help point me in the right direction. Thanks Everybody!
