New to Android!

Hi all, Just picked up a tablet with Android on which I will giving to my son.
Thought I should know a little more about the OS as I am a windows and IOS man my self.

The tablet I purchased to get my so going (he's 6) is CloudNine Neuropad Infinity.
Cracking little tablet and very cheap too. loaded with 4.0.3 ICS Ice Cream Sandwich.

Not much info about the tablet so I guess not much custom work I can do
