Help new to gtabletandandroid

Hello,
I am a brand new user of the g tablet,tntlite and android.
I amhaving alittle trouble understanding wat is free andwhat isn't.
For example, I am trying to download flash.
I am directed to theandroid site, when I sign in I am told that
I am not associated with an android poneaccount, and therefore Cannotdwnload??!!

First off welcome to the forums.

Which version of TnT lite are you on? If you have TnT lite, you should have the google Android market installed. It's pretty easy to see which apps are free and which are paid apps. If you haven't done so, you'll need to create a gmail account and sync it with your gtablet. It can't be a hotmail account that's attached to gmail.

As for flash, even with a rooted Gtablet running TnTlite, you won't be able to download flash directly from the market. You can go to the link below which takes you to the Viewsonic official page where the flash app can be downloaded for free.

Install it after it downloads then you should be good to go.
