I got a 2150 battery installed when I bought my Dinc. I never used the stock battery so I can't compare the two. I will say that my battery life with the 2150 is through the roof. Now mind you I am not a power user and the first thing I did to my phone was root it and get rid of all of the social stuff (twitter, facebook, etc.) that wants to constantly update. I also deleted a ton of the other preinstalled apps that run when the phone is turned on. I also froze Gmail using the BloatFreezer app because I don't use gmail (yes i know I could have just turned sync off). On a typical day, I make\receive a lot of phone calls, surf the internet a decent amount, send and receive a small amount of texts and listen to a lot of music using PowerAmp. I also use the GPS for work at least once a day.
The last time I charged my phone fully, I made it through 4 days before I charged it again and it was still at 13% when I decided to charge it up. Again, I don't live on my phone all day, but since I just got it, I have played with it more than usual so getting 4 days out of the charge is very good IMO. Once the new WOW factor wears off and I stop playing with it as much, I can see me getting 5 days and maybe more out of one charge.
I have read a number of people say that the 2150 battery will drop off rather quickly in a few months and I won't see such great battery life, but for the minimal cost, when that happens I will just get a new one. The added plus with the 2150 battery is I also had to get a thicker battery cover which I prefer because it helps me hold the phone since it's thicker.
About the screen, I have no idea how to tell which one it is nor do I care. All I know is the screen colors are excellent and I have zero trouble seeing it outside in bright light, something I can't say about the LG Ally that the Dinc replaced.
