Hey Im brand new to rooting and all of that and I don't know if I really should or not. My phone is great, but I just want sense 3.0 and gingerbread. I am kinda inexperienced and am not sure if I'm willong to take a risk and root my phone and am not ready to start flashing Roms. Can someone take me though how to do this in depth because I can't make any mistakes. Please help and a big thanks if you do.

The Rom: [ROM][Jun 28]RCMix3D KINGDOM v1.8 Evolutionary Sense! THE ORIGINAL SENSE 3.0 DHD - xda-developers

rooting is super simple if you can read directions, and flashing roms is simple also if you buy rom manager, its 4.99 in the android market. and sense 3.0 and gingerbread are nice, but look up the rom cyanogen mod 7. If you need any help with rom flashing/rooting let me know ill be glad to help you.

I just used attn1's hack kit from xda, it's super easy. I read somewhere that Bubby isn't updating his one click root anymore, so the hack kit was the way for me. It's very simple, there's an "effen manual" that tells you what numbers to choose and I was rooted in 5 steps. It even creates the gold card for you. Just spend some time reading, know what it is your doing, and search for answers before asking questions.

Flashing roms is easy too, I've never had an android phone before this, and this was my first time rooting 3 days ago. I've already flashed 4 different roms to find one I really liked. I'm running gingerbeast now and it's awesome. There is a gps issue though with gingerbread, but there's a fix for it. Just get familiar with the search tool and read A LOT!!

hi. is there anyway, you can write a complete instruction? since i am not a compute geek and the phone i bought out of my savings. i cannt afford anything to go wrong.
Please help.

Look up the hack kit I linked to earlier and read the "effin manual" it walks you through the whole thing. If you're not technical, rooting might not be the right choice. You WILL have to figure some things out, and while most of the questions have already been answered on XDA you're going to have to put in a little work.

I just updated my guide (which uses the latest version of this kit) that will help as well. Pretty much the same as what is in the effin-manual with some clarifications and cautions.

The update will also work on 2.3.3 upgraded stock phones as well.
