new update kills shootme?

Has anyone else noticed that shootme no longer works with unrooted evo?

UNREVOKED doesnt work on new update. so yes shootme doesnt work. Latest twitter from UNREVOKED is that by tonight a update maybe up.

Not sure yet...hopefully shootme devs can figure something out.

Evo basically had a security hole,
i guess they fixed it now
You'll have to re-root (of fallback to previous firmware)

I'm not holding my breath on him fixing it for unrooted phones.

I did not bother to check until I read this an indeed it does not work,I get a message saying that I need to be Root.This really suck.Other than that have not have any problems with any other apps or with my phones performance.

definitely not updating until unrevoked gets past this update, shootme is too awesome to lose

Its the Super User permissions. UNREVOKED has to update its app to allow this. Once that is done Shootme will work.

How about we compile a list of apps/tweaks/customizations that do not work after updating. This would help those that are thinking about updating and are unsure if they should or not. I haven't updated yet, so I'm hoping we can get a good list going here. So far I've heard the following not working:

Swype
ShootME
Wallpaper removed
Unrevoked
Wireless Tether

How about what works too well, google talk refuses to die, like a zombie it just keeps coming back and eating my brains..I mean battery.

The android wallpapers are gone, but the one I was using is still on my screen.

Yeah thats the point, I've it set up like that for weeks, and those settings didnt change, but it keeps showing up in running apps...this keyboard kicks ass now though.

Swype doing fine. I uninstalled unrevoked figuring it may be updated. Have seen non impacts on the phone. (good or bad)

No just seems to have less lag...could be placebo at this point
