Phase don't mirror my work. I removed that link for a reason, I made a mistake when creating the ROM . There's a v2 in this thread that should still be active and actually works as intended.

Thanks for the pointer to the V2 of B07. I was able to download and install it on a ZTE Awe N800 activated on a RingPlus plan with tethering and the tethering immediately started working. A tip of the hat to @spock1104 and all the other great people in this forum.
