New User Saying Hello!

Hello

I have a Motorola Razr Maxx and I've been getting a message saying that my phone memory is full. I've tried moving all of my files to my SD card, but I'm still getting that message and I'm unable to open My Gallery. I removed all of my pictures and I only have two full length movies down loaded from an app. Does anyone have this problem or a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance.
