Oops nevermind i fixed permissions and it seems ok now

Sorry guys, this weather issue is coming back, i was told to do a complete wipe on my phone to factory settings. I wanted to avoid that and to just get this weather wiget working. I wiped cache and fixed permissions but it seems to keep coming back...should i do a total wipe?

Any feedback is appreciated...along with the drawback If I mess up.

what does it exactly do? you said it disappears? like from the home screen? what rom are you on now?
