Glad you asked. Firstly I would ask you if you're on android 2.2.1 or 2.2. Then I would direct you to the appropriate files and procedure on how to recover your phone back to stock.

sbf is a recovery process if you are bricked. At this point, if I were you, I'd switch to another theme or rom or just do a factory data reset. SBF isn't necessary..

Ok! What I did was, unroot with Z4. & installed 928 back to stock de-odexed. How can I tell if I am unrooted & it is out of the ox stock? So I can OTA updates.

I don't think it needs to be unrooted for the OTA, I was able to update last time while rooted. I don't think it needs to be odexed bit it will take your deodexed phone back to odexed
